Preserving Meat - 'How to' by Park Estate School

Room 10 at Park Estate School have been learning about what life was like without electricity.  As part of their learning the decided that preserving meat must have been quite hard.  They had a go at making their own dried meat and tasting it.  They have shared their learning, their stories and even the recipe through Google Slides on their class blog.  A great way of presenting learning on the blog that shows the learn, create, share process of an inquiry.
